Wart - A wart is an infection an the outer most layer of the skin, usually resembling a cauliflower, or a solid blister. A wart is the most common skin infection, usually caused by the viral trend Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

There are many different kinds of warts ranging from genital warts, which are very nasty, to the most common warts which are the ones on the hands. All warts are caused by the same virus which is called the Human Papillomavirus commonly called HPV. Alot of people like to try and remove the warts themselves if they contract them, and sometimes this can be wrong to do if you dont know the right treatments that you can do. There is a home treatment that most people use which is the duct tape treatment where you can cut a piece of duct tape, and put it on your warts, and the acid from the tape eats away at the wart.

The main types of warts are hand warts, facial warts, genital warts, and plantar warts. These are the most common of warts that people can contract, and they all come from the same virus strand which is the HPV virus. Strand 6 and 11 cause the genital warts that some people have, and sometimes people want even know that they have the warts, because the virus can lay dormant inside the infected persons body, and not show up until either something triggers it, or the warts just decide to show up. Alot of people get infected this way by the genital warts as well, many people dont know they have the genital warts so when they have sexual intercourse with another non-infected person the person can contract the warts and be infected as well.
