For genital warts some doctors like to play it safe more, and just prescribe a cream in which the patient may rub on the infected spots. Many people like to use the cream more because they can just get it over the counter and really don’t have to have a doctor prescribe the cream to them. Most people don’t like to go to the doctor and let people know that they have the genital warts because they like to keep things like that a secret, and not let people know. If you don’t want to have to go through any of this try to refrain from sexual activity, because this is the only way you can get genital warts.
